Project Overview

Everything arriving through a company website — enquiries, training leads, job applications — handled all the way through to a signed quote, a sent invoice, a matched bank payment, and monthly search-visibility numbers.

I built it end to end as the sole engineer: design, code, infrastructure, tests, deploy.

• Invoicing with an in-house PDF generator
• Its own e-signing flow — drawn signature, timestamp, IP, expiry, evidence retention
• Bank reconciliation over an open-banking API
• Expense capture with AI categorisation feeding VAT-return tables
• A Word-like article editor that publishes straight to the public site's repo
• Cookieless analytics that store no IPs and set no cookies

Technical Implementation

It also runs a monthly measurement asking the same questions across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, scoring whether the company shows up at all. The first baseline: 0 of 51 answers mentioned it.
